Free Shipping on Orders

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all purchases, ensuring that your Marua’s jewelry arrives safely and conveniently at no additional cost.

We have 3 and 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. If the purchase falls on a weekend, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday. 

Our products take 10-20 business days for delivery. Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the delivery companies. 

Return Shipping Costs

While original shipping is free, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.

This includes:

• Return shipping to Marua’s Jewelry.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Any shipping problems—for example, missing or incorrect items—must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.
